Hard Landscaping in Wakefield
Project Description
SCD completed a hard landscaping scheme as part of the regeneration around Wakefield's railway station. The scheme, valued at £1.2 million, was part of a project bringing a new image to the Westgate area of the city.
The project included the installation of flag stones, setts, kerbs, drainage channels and tactile crossings
Project Summary
Hard landscaping, including tactile paving, kerbing and flagging.
Pedestrian walkways, including the formation of footpaths, GSB type 1 stone, a 20mm DBM base course, a 10mm DBM wearing course.
Installation of telecommunications duct infrastructure to OFCOM specification, and appropriate chamber construction.
