SCD completed a hard landscaping scheme at Wakefield Westgate. The scheme, valued at £1.2 million, was part of the regeneration project bringing a new image to the Westgate area of the city.

The project included the installation of flagstones, setts, kerbs, drainage channels and tactile crossings.

Project Summary:

Hard landscaping, including:

• Tactile paving, Kerbing & Flagging

Pedestrian walkways, including:

• Formation of footpaths

• GSB type 1 stone

• 20mm DBM base course

• 10mm DBM wearing course

• Installation of telecommunications

Duct infrastructure, including:

• Ducting to OFCOM specification

• Chamber construction
