SCD was a major part of the delivery team for the 74 acre Solar Farm Project, near Thaxted, Essex.

Wind Farm Connection
Completed phase 2 of the £700 million Off-Shore Wind Farm connection at Easington, County Durham.

66kV Fibre Optic Cable Install
SCD was contracted to complete the installation of a 66kV and fibre optic cable to a Wind Farm alongside the A1.

South Yorks - Digital Region
As a strategic member of (SYDR) delivery team. SCD was contracted to deliver the optical fibre infrastructure.

Cable Renewal
We provided a 3km duct and cable renewal service within West Yorkshire on behalf of Northern Power Grid.

Head Office Construction
The 20,000 sq. ft space was designed and built to specific specifications, SCD carried out the majority of the work.

Culvert Refurbishment
SCD was contracted to conduct a duct and cable installation, plus culvert refurbishment, on behalf of Northern Power Grid.

Hard landscaping scheme valued at £1.2 million, as part of the regeneration around Wakefield's railway station.

Critical network infrastructure connecting all the induction loops and data stations for traffic flow monitoring.

SCD is engaged by the University on a three year term contract to provide cable and data installations.

University multimode optical fibre was implemented as the strategic and “futureproof” communications medium.
